The Hut at Adelong Farm sleeps six guests, offering a unique, comfortable boutique escape from everyday life. Formerly known on AirBnB as ‘Adelong Park Hut - Bathurst Farmstay with a View’, The Hut is an elegant accommodation option, beautifully constructed from natural stone and exposed Australian hardwood. The Hut sits on an elevated location among a stand of native eucalypts and offers picture-perfect expansive views west toward Bathurst and Mount Panorama.
The Hut is set on a quiet corner of a 3,000 acre family-owned sheep and cattle property, 15kms east of Bathurst, just off the Great Western Highway.
It truly is a very special retreat from the hustle and bustle.
Surrounded by nature, you get to wake to the sound of birds, see rolling hills and livestock and wildlife all around and watch the clouds fly across the wide-open skies.
Bring your family, hide away with friends or enjoy the tranquility solo. A stay at The Hut @ Adelong Farm is a beautiful way to sit quietly on the earth and feel the world around you.
ROOMS
Bedrooms: 2 queen bedrooms + 1 twin bedroom (single beds). Sleeps 6. All linen provided. Exceptional quality, soft, luxurious and pristine clean.
Bathroom: A private bathroom with shower, toilet, handbasin. No bath tub. Bathroom products provided. Liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion.
Main living: Open-plan lounge room with comfortable couches, a stone fireplace, TV, games and books.
Kitchen: Simple, well stocked kitchen with gas oven + cooktop + grill. Fridge/freezer, crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots, pans, platters.
Outdoor entertaining: BBQ, table + chairs for dining and outdoor seating.

Communication: Free WiFi. Excellent mobile coverage.
Coffee/tea: instant + ground coffee, coffee plunger, kettle, selection of teas and tisanes.
Electrical/Entertainment: TV (not smart TV) in main living room. Free WiFi.
Heating & Cooling: 1 x wood fire + 1 gas heater, pedestal fans (summer).
Linen: All linen is provided including sheets, towels, doonas, pillows, and tea towels
Outdoors: The surrounding farmland, nearby creeks and walkways are yours to discover.
Pool & gym: Not adjacent to The Hut; however, an outdoor heated swimming pool and small gym are located at the owner’s nearby residence (5mins drive) and are available for guest use.
Catering: We are happy to recommend talented local caterers perfect for catering special occasions, chatter platters and delicious meals for a crowd.
Farm surrounds: The Hut is located on a working sheep and cattle property, with all the interest and activity associated with farming. Around the property guests will find well-defined nature reserves, and walking tracks for easy access, and enjoyment.
Celebrating four seasons: From this wonderful facility, we invite you to experience the Central West’s four distinct seasons, and watch sunsets and sunrises of unique beauty. Enjoy proximity to the historic city of Bathurst, with its many cafes, restaurants, museums, and, of course, renowned Mount Panorama-Wahluu. Around Bathurst there is much to enjoy, with wineries, gin distilleries, parks, gardens, tourism attractions and museums. Renowned garden, Mayfield Garden, is a 1/2 hr drive away; and historic villages including Hill End (1hr drive), Millthorpe (45mins drive) and Carcoar (50mins) are a great day out too.
